RR50 on alhaisen painonsa vuoksi todella ketterä käsitellä ja siinä on huippuhyvät ajoominaisuudet. Voimanlähteenä toimii legendaarinen Minarelli AM6 2-tahtimoottori, jota voi kutsua melkein pomminvarmaksi suorittajaksi.

Menopuoli on siis varmasti kunnossa, mutta niin ovat myös jarrut. 260- ja 220 mm hydrauliset levyjarrut pysäyttävät mopon todella tehokkaasti ja turvallisesti.
